RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
LittlePocketStore’s 15 day Returns Policy
We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the following guidelines:
- You purchased the product in the last 15 days
- Product is unused and in its original condition

- In case the product received is incorrect or defective: You can either select LittlePocketStore Reverse Pickup or self-ship the product back to us. In case you return a product at your cost, we would give you a Gift Voucher of 100 rupees to compensate for the cost incurred. We will dispatch a replacement within 3 working days.
In case you do not want a replacement or a replacement is not available, we would give you an option to choose between 100% cash refund or store credits for 120% of the product cost. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse.
- For all other products, we will provide store credits for 100% of the product cost. The return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer.
- How will I be refunded for the return?
o Store Credits: The refund amount of item value plus self-shipping reimbursement (if you have shipped your return back yourself) will be credited to your LittlePocketStore account. You will be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on LittlePocketStore.com.
o Cash Refund: For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout.

- How long will the entire process take?
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 72 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% cash refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
